Terms of Access and Risk Disclosure

Effective November 4, 2026 · coinstrike.trade

1. The software

Coin Strike is software that analyses the SOL-USD market on Kraken Spot and, when you enable it, places spot orders on your own Kraken account. Access is by single-use invitation at our discretion. Requesting an invitation does not guarantee one and does not create any advisory or fiduciary relationship.

2. Your account and your keys

3. Paper mode and live mode

By default the engines run in paper mode: they simulate fills on Kraken's live order book without placing real orders. Live mode places real orders with your keys and is enabled per operator. Paper results do not include every real-world effect, such as partial fills, queue position or exchange outages.

4. Risk disclosure

5. No investment advice

Nothing in the software, on this site or in its notifications is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Outputs from AI models can be wrong. You decide whether and how to use the software.

6. Acceptable use

Do not try to access other operators' accounts, interfere with the service, overload it, or reverse-engineer it. We may suspend access that puts the service or other operators at risk.

7. Third-party services

The software relies on Kraken, Cloudflare, Anthropic and your browser's push service. Their own terms apply to their services, and we are not responsible for their availability. Coin Strike is not affiliated with Kraken or Anthropic.

8. Availability and changes

The software is provided as is and may change, be interrupted or be discontinued. We will update these terms when needed and show the new effective date at the top.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Coin Strike is not liable for trading losses or for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the software.
